Use the Direct Deposit screen to review, modify, delete, or add direct deposit account information.
The Direct Deposit screen displays:
- Current Account Information Table
— This table contains your current account information.
- Changes to Current Account Information Table— This table contains any pending account information. The pending information will replace the current information when your company administrator accepts it.
The changes that you enter will not be activated until they have been tested with your financial institution.
You cannot make changes directly to these tables.
- To update your existing account information, click
Update.
- To make changes/additions to your existing or pending account information, click
Add.
If employees are not allowed to update direct deposit information, the
Update and
Add buttons will not appear.
The number of direct deposit accounts that you can have is determined by your company administrator.
Current Account Information
This table displays if current direct deposit account information exists for you.

This field displays the rank/order number for the direct deposit account.

Routing Transit #
|
This field displays the financial institution's nine-digit routing transit number. Click on the column header to display a sample check that shows where to find the routing transit number on your check.
You must enter a routing number for a financial institution that your company administrator has already set up. If you enter a routing number for a financial institution that is not set up, you receive the message: "The Routing Transit # you entered does not exist in the database. Please check to make sure it was entered correctly."

Financial Institution

This field displays the name of the financial institution.

Account #
|
This field displays your account number at the financial institution. Click on the column header to display a sample check that shows where to find the account number on your check.

Type
|
This field displays a description of the type of account:
Checking, New Checking,
Savings, or
New Savings.

Method
|
This field displays the method that you have requested to be used to divide your pay between financial institutions:
Fixed Amount,
Percentage,
Net Pay, or
Inactive.
Any remaining paycheck amount goes to
Net Pay.

Pct/Amount
|
This field displays the dollar amount or percentage to be forwarded to your account.

Net Pay
|
This selection shows where the remaining paycheck amount will be forwarded.

Update
|
Click
Update to open the Update page and make changes and deletions to existing accounts and amounts.

Add
|
Click
Add to open the Add page, where you can add new accounts and change existing and pending accounts. The
Add button is not displayed in the Life Events process.

Changes to Current Account Information
This table displays if you have pending account information. It contains the same fields as the Current Account Information Table.
The pending information will replace the current information when your company administrator accepts the pending information.
